Your regsitration may have a hold in place by CARB due to non compliance with CARB regulations. If you have not received a notice in regards to why your vehicle is non-compliant, please contact the CARB Hotline at 1-866-634-3735
Beginning in 2024, the registration hold may also be due to not meeting the compliance requirements for the Clean Truck Check program.
